國際學習型城市大會報告
【UNESCO Conference Report: International Conference on Learning Cities】
聯合國教科文組織並於2014年出版《國際學習型城市大會報告書》（Conference Report: International Conference on Learning Cities），以「全民終身學習：促進城市融合、繁榮與永續」（lifelong learning for all: inclusion, prosperity and sustainability in cities）為主題，強調終身學習與學習型城市的發展，必須促進政府與所有利害關係者(stakeholders)的參與及協力合作。
三個重要的行動方針【Important Actions for Learning Cities】
- 建立跨部門的學習型城市協調機制，以整合政府、非政府組織以及私人部門的力量。
- 建立跨組織雙邊或多邊的夥伴關係，以擴展資源分享及學習機會。
- 促進所有利害關係者提供優質的學習機會，並對學習型城市的發展有其獨特貢獻。

Laying the foundation for sustainable development through learning cities - Mexico City, Mexico, 28 September 2015
The 2nd International Conference on Learning Cities aims to provide support in all areas of sustainable development, focusing particularly on Goals 4 and 11: ‘Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all’ and ‘Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable’.
